Apple Likely To Hold Two Fall Events In The Coming Weeks
August 13, 2013
Apple’s 2013 iPhone event is likely to be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10. At that time, Cupertino should reveal the seventh-generation iPhone alongside its first budget phone, the so-called “iPhone 5C.”
Fall, however, won’t just be about new iPhones. Apple is also expected to unveil new iPads and Macs in the coming weeks.
Here’s our latest guess on when Apple will unveil new products.
Apple’s first fall event of the year will also feature the public release of iOS 7. Most likely, the new operating system will be available as a free download two days before the new iPhones make their way into showrooms.
Our best bet: Expect the public release of iOS 7 between Sept. 11-18.

We already know that Apple plans to release the new Mac Pro this fall. When this happens, expect to see new iMacs and MacBook Pros too.
Our best bet: Most likely, new Macs, along with OS X Mavericks, will launch at Apple’s October event.

New iPads
In 2012, Apple started the practice of unveiling new iPhones and iPads at separate fall events. This policy should continue this year. Our best bet: The iPad 5 and second-generation iPad mini will debut the third week in October. Circle Friday, Nov. 1 as launch day.
