Carrot To-Do App Updated With Carrot Alarm Integration, iCloud Support And More

Carrot, the to-do app with a ton of personality and a ton of upgrades as rewards for getting things done, has just received another significant update. This new update arrives on the occasion of the launch of Carrot Alarm, an alarm clock app that's a sort-of sequel to Carrot, which is now officially called Carrot To-Do. Pushing Carrot To-Do to version 4.1, the update adds integration with Carrot Alarm. Just swipe left on Carrot To-Do to open the menu and tap the new Alarm Clock option to quickly switch over to Carrot Alarm, that is, provided the latter app is also installed on your device. Note that this integration works both ways, as Carrot Alarm also has a menu option to quickly switch over to Carrot To-Do. If you can't see the video embedded above, please click here. The latest update to the app also adds iCloud support. As a result, you can now keep your current level and upgrades backed up and synced across all of your iDevices. In addition, the update brings a couple of improvements for the app's recurring task feature. Now, every time you complete a recurring task, it gets relegated to the bottom of your list. Also, there's now a "yearly" repeat option for recurring tasks. Carrot To-Do is available in the App Store for $1.99. The app is optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later. The newly updated app also features a redesigned icon, reduced file size, some interface tweaks, enhanced sound effects, accessibility improvements, and bug fixes.
