Elements For Dropbox Redesigned For iOS 7 And Updated With New Features
December 7, 2013
The popular Dropbox-connected writing app Elements, officially called Elements for Dropbox, has just been updated and redesigned for iOS 7.
Of course, this means that the app now sports a revamped interface that matches the look and feel of the latest major iteration of Apple's mobile operating system.
On top of its cosmetic changes, the newly updated Elements for Dropbox boasts several functional enhancements as well. This include MultiMarkdown support, plus a new customization pack in-app purchase for creating a custom Markdown CSS theme. As a bonus, this pack also lets you customize the app's interface to suit your preferences.
Also introduced in the latest version of Elements for Dropbox are the ability to toggle auto-capitalization and auto-correction and the additional Courier Prime and Avenir Next font options.
The new version of Elements for Dropbox also fixes some crashing and scrolling issues and adds support for the latest version of the TextExpander SDK.
The new version of Elements for Dropbox is available now in the App Store as a free update or as a new $4.99 download. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 7.0 or later.
Elements for Dropbox is included in AppAdvice's Dropbox Text Editors for iOS AppGuide, iPad Note Taking Apps AppList, The Writing App Is Mightier Than The Sword AppShowdown.
