Welcome back to our weekly look at some of the newest accessories to hit the market. In this edition, we’re featuring a multi-purpose Bluetooth speaker, a protective iPad mini case, and more.
Pyle’s new Rocket Torch is a lot more than just a Bluetooth speaker. Along with a functional flashlight, the speaker boasts an FM radio, mini SD card slot, and even an AUX in jack. Weighing in at less than a pound, buttons on the speaker lets users control FM radio, play and pause, scan through tracks, adjust volume, and answer/reject calls.
Available in five different colors – red, orange, green, blue, and black – the Rocket Torch retails for $44.99 and can be purchased on Pyle Audio’s site now.
The two new rucksacks from OGIO are designed to be fashionable while providing padded compartments for all of your personal items and electronics. Available in two different sizes, each pack has an easy-access top loading design and a double-buckle closure. There is also a compartment tailor-made for a water reservoir to help you keep hydrated while out on the trail.
Both rucksacks can be purchased now on OGIO’s site. The 20-inch pack is $55 while the 22-inch version retails for $70.
A reasonably priced speaker system for a home or office computer, the Kinivo M2 Bluetooth system offers two compact speakers that communicate with the active subwoofer. Along with offering deep bass, the M2 quickly and easily connects to existing equipment wirelessly or through an AUX input.
The system retails for $69.99 and can be ordered now directly from Amazon.com.
Spigen is taking its popular iPhone case protection option to the iPad mini. The Tough Armor features a raised lip to help protect the tablet screen, even with a screen protector. Air cushion technology on the corners helps to absorb and disperse the force from accidental drops.
Buyers can select from four different color options – black, gold, slate, and silver. It retails for $39.99 and can be purchased from Spigen’s site now. It’s compatible with both generations of the smaller tablet.
A modular solution for the iPad Air, the Soft-Tec Pro Folio from Element Case can be modified to offer everything from a simple bumper all the way to a full 360-degree protection option. The protective front cover also doubles as a media viewing or typing stand. Element also includes a lanyard and shoulder strap for more portability options.
The case retails for $79.95 and can be ordered directly from the company’s site now.
