Civilization Revolution 2 Will Arrive On The App Store Next Week

The popular turn-based strategy game Civilization Revolution is getting a sequel.
Earlier today, 2K Games announced that Civilization Revolution 2 will arrive next week on Wednesday, July 2. The game will be available for both the iPhone and iPad, but no price was announced.
Developed exclusively for mobile devices, the sequel will offer new gameplay and a touch-enabled control scheme.
Along with the original 16 historical leaders found in the original game, including Abraham Lincoln, Gandhi, and Napoleon, new leaders Winston Churchill and John F. Kennedy will appear in the sequel.
Just like the first game, Civilization Revolution 2 will allow players to lead a civilization from the dawn of man to the modern age. Gamers can go head-to-head against some of the most well-known leaders in history to build their powerful empire.
If you want to check out the original Civilization Revolution, there are two different titles available on the App Store Now. Civilization Revolution for the iPhone/iPod touch is $2.99 while Civilization Revolution for the iPad is $6.99.
A free lite version is also available.
