The official iOS app of the popular cloud-storage service Dropbox has just received a nice update with the move to version 3.2
Interestingly, the app can now help users setup their Dropbox account on a new computer. That process is done with an iOS device’s camera.
Users can now reorder their Favorites list with a simple touch and hold. The app also remembers recent locations when importing files.
Finally, the app has added supported for four additional languages - Danish, Dutch, Swedish, and Thai.
Earlier today, Dropbox updated its Mailbox email app. The new version brings a number of improvements to the auto-swipe feature that was introduced earlier this year.
Dropbox has recently been busy on the acquisition front, purchasing dynamic spherical photo app Bubbli and photo management app Loom.
A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, Dropbox can be downloaded now from the App Store for free. Users receive 2GB of storage space for free when they sign up. More storage requires an in-app purchase.
