ShopKeep POS app updated with gift card integration and new check options

ShopKeep, the popular point-of-sale (POS) app for iPad, has just gained a new feature plus follow-up improvements on a recently added feature.
First off, the new feature introduced in the new version of ShopKeep is support for fully integrated gift cards. "With our new gift card functionality," the ShopKeep team notes, "you can enjoy the revenue and customer loyalty that comes with offering gift cards to your customers."
If you're a merchant, contact ShopKeep to get started with an integrated gift card program for your business. Once set up, the program lets you check gift card balances, add value, and redeem value right within the ShopKeep app.
The new version of ShopKeep also adds more management options for checks, which have been supported by the app since its update last June. Now, you can split a check into multiple checks, merge checks, and transfer ownership of checks between employees.
Compatible with iPad and iPad mini running iOS 7.0 or later, ShopKeep is available on the App Store for free.
