Happy Halloween! Haunting Melissa sequel Dark Hearts coming soon to iOS
Just a couple of weeks ago, Hooked Digital Media announced that Haunting Melissa, its acclaimed ghost story app, would be getting a sequel soon. Now, the studio has revealed the title of the sequel along with a teaser trailer that’s aptly spooky for Halloween.
Released in May last year, Haunting Melissa is an episodic horror movie app from Neal Edelstein, the founder of Hooked Digital Media and producer of such horrifying films as “The Ring” and “Mulholland Drive.” The app tells a ghost story centered on the title character, who has gone missing under mysterious circumstances.
Apparently, we’ll get to find out more about the underlying mysteries of Haunting Melissa in its sequel, Dark Hearts: The Secret of Haunting Melissa. Here’s a cinematic sneak peek into Dark Hearts:

Dark Hearts: The Secret of Haunting Melissa is set to be released in late November. We’ll, of course, let you know as soon as it appears on the App Store.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 7.1 or later, Haunting Melissa is available on the App Store for free, with in-app purchases offered for unlocking additional seasons.
