Getting sticky with it: Facebook's Stickered for Messenger out now on iOS
Last week, Facebook peeled the wraps off its latest mobile app, Stickered for Messenger, which it initially launched on Android. Now, the social networking giant has released the app on iOS as well.
Stickered is a simple yet well-designed app that lets you add stickers to your photos. “It’s sticker time!” Facebook notes. “Add cute characters, funny faces and more to make your photos pop.”
The app lets you slap as many stickers as you want on a photo, which can be snapped on the spot or taken from your camera roll. The stickers can be dragged, resized, and rotated as preferred.
Once you’re satisfied with your stickered photo, you can send it directly to Facebook Messenger. You can also download it to save it to your camera roll and share it via other apps.
Stickered is apparently developed by Facebook to give users another reason to stick with Messenger, instead of using other popular messaging apps such as Line, Viber, and KakaoTalk.
Shortly after unveiling Stickered, Facebook began rolling out a backed update to the Messenger app that adds support for send states (sent/delivered/seen) as indicated with “FacePile” friend photos (especially in group chats) instead of gray text. Take a look:

The new Facebook Messenger send states are being rolled out now in Europe and the U.S., with a worldwide launch to follow soon.
