Check out your 'health snapshot' throughout the new year with Nudge 4.0
To better nudge you to keep working toward becoming fitter this new year and beyond, Nudge has just been updated to version 4.0 with a number of new features and enhancements.
Essentially, Nudge connects with a variety of fitness apps and wearables and provides one place where you can see your “health snapshot.” And at version 4.0, Nudge now also supports apps and wearables from Withings and Garmin, in addition to Fitbit, Jawbone, RunKeeper, Strava, and Moves, with which the app was first integrated.
Nudge 4.0 also introduces a new calendar view for your lifestyle stats, intuitive visualizations and graphs that let you analyze your activity trends, and dynamic profiles that let you and your friends check out one another’s favorite tracking apps and activities.
The updated app also lets you long-press on any log item to add or undo an entry, or to access a simple servings guide. Moreover, it features notifications and message badges that enable you to keep in touch with your Nudge Coach.
Various bug fixes and usability improvements are also include in Nudge 4.0.
