Gameloft unveils Dungeon Hunter 5, coming to iOS later this year
Gameloft has just announced the latest installment in its wildly popular Dungeon Hunter series of hack-and-slash action role-playing games.
Called Dungeon Hunter 5, the upcoming game is a direct sequel to the current installment, Dungeon Hunter 4, which was released in April 2013. It challenges you to play as a bounty hunter from the remnants of a military broken in the wake of the demon war.
To give you a first glimpse of the game, Gameloft has released the following behind-the-scenes developer diary video:

Developed by Gameloft’s Montreal studio, Dungeon Hunter 5 improves on various aspects of the series, particularly the character and environment design. It features enhanced graphics with richer details, duly optimized for the latest iOS devices.
Dungeon Hunter 5 also boasts new effects, skills and weapons. What’s more, it introduces a new multiplayer feature that lets you steal gold from other players for use in a new fusion evolution system.
Ahead of the game’s release, you can receive updates and be eligible to get exclusive launch day rewards by preregistering on the official website of Dungeon Hunter 5.
Dungeon Hunter 5 is set to hit iOS, along with Android and Windows Phone, later this year, presumably as a free-to-play game.
It’s scheduled to be demoed at the very first PAX South in San Antonio this weekend, and in San Francisco and New York City in the coming weeks.
