Gameloft deploys Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War on iOS
As expected, Gameloft has released the latest installment in its popular Brothers in Arms series of World War II shooters, a year and a half after it announced the game.
Following Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front, which was released in 2011, the new installment is called Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War. As noted by Gameloft:
The internationally acclaimed WW2 series returns with blood-pumping shooter action, spectacular killcams, and lots of amazing experimental weapons. Become Sergeant Wright and experience a dramatic, life-changing journey in the aftermath of the D-Day invasion.
Brothers in Arms 3 is a cover-based third-person shooter that has you engaging in squad-based combat, taking advantage of your titular comrades’ special abilities and unlocking powerful weapons while you’re at it.
Perhaps most impressively, Brothers in Arms 3 boasts console-quality graphics featuring spectacular indoor and outdoor settings as well as advanced weather and time-of-day variations. Take a look:

The launch of Brothers in Arms 3 comes shortly after Gameloft released significant updates to three of its most popular games: the open-world adventure game Gangstar Vegas, the racing game Asphalt 8: Airborne, and the fast-paced shooter Modern Combat 5: Blackout.
