DictionARy adds a unique augmented reality twist to the usual word defining app.
After opening up the app, you can use your iPhone’s camera to find any word around you, on a page or even a computer screen. When a word is found, it will appear on the screen.
You can then tap it to see a definition on the handset’s screen. As an additional option, you can use AR to place the word and its definition anywhere around you. You can also pinch to scale the text.
Using Siri Shortcuts support, you can also open the app with just a simple voice command to the virtual assistant.
The app is designed for the iPhone and can be downloaded now on the App Store for $0.99.
