We May Know the Official 'iPhone 8' Release Date
Mark your calendar. According to a recent information shared on Twitter from Benjamin Geskin, the official release date for the “iPhone 8” will be on Friday, Sept. 22.
That news apparently comes from UK carrier O2 who told staff members of the official release date.

Along with the “iPhone 8,” it is widely expected that the “iPhone 7s” and “iPhone 7s Plus” will also hit the market on that date.
Earlier this week, Apple officially announced that a special media event on Tuesday, Sept. 12 at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park Campus at 10 a.m. PDT.
At the event, Apple should also unveil the next-generation Apple Watch and a 4K-enabled Apple TV.
That date would mirror previous years that saw the new iPhone model arrived on the next Friday after an official unveiling.
