New iPhone X Issue Causes Problems When Receiving Incoming Calls

First highlighted by the Financial Times, a new iPhone X issue is affecting users who try to answer incoming phone calls.
The issue strikes when receiving a phone call. Users will apparently hear their ringtone, but the iPhone X display doesn’t wake up. So users can’t select whether to accept or decline the call.
A delay can apparently ask for 10 seconds or more in some situations.

For its part, Apple has confirmed that it is looking into the issue.
