Todoist Foundations Brings Great New Features to the Popular Task Manager

The first major addition with the update allows users to now divide their projects into sections to help organize a larger task. In the top right-hand part of the any project select the three dots menu to start adding sections.

You can rearrange sections when needed and even collapse a certain section for later.

In the new Task View, you can see all of the information about a task including due date, project, priority, labels, comments, and more. Just tap on the task to see all of the information.

Users can also add and manage subtasks in that view.

Adding a task is now even easier with a redesigned Quick Add. You can also track the important details – like date, project, and more – when entering the information.

Thanks to the Dynamic Add feature, you can easily add tasks and subtasks exactly where you want in a project by moving the add button.

Another great addition is the ability to see completed tasks inside a project exactly where it was completed. That will give you a better overview of the project itself.

And to better juggle tasks, the app now offers a Personal and Shared label.

While there are a number of different task manager apps available on the App Store, the Todoist Foundations update brings the great app into the modern age and makes it a great choice for anyone looking to tackle their tasks.
