After a major redesign landed earlier this month, the YouTube app for Apple TV has just been updated with some notable improvements to address user complaints.
The biggest change is a modified subscription tab. Instead of needing to scroll horizontally through a long list of channels, the grid style should make it much easier to find the content you’re looking for.
And while not mentioned specifically in the release notes, a Reddit user was able to find some nice changes to video scrubbing that makes use of the Siri Remote.
YouTube for Apple TV can be downloaded now on the tvOS App Store for the fourth-generation Apple TV and Apple TV 4K.
Earlier this month, a native Apple TV app for YouTube TV subscription service also landed.
