Jay Freeman has confirmed that he is now in control of the JailbreakMe domain.
Earlier this month, we told you about Nicholas Allegra, otherwise known as Apple’s public enemy No. 1, Comex. The 19-year old is behind the popular piece of code known as JailBreakMe. Now, Allegra is going legit and is about to begin an internship with Apple.
Comex, the creator of JailbreakMe was just given a Pwnie Award for making it extremely simple to unlock iDevices. Apple's most wanted created the biggest exploit when he gave users the ability to literally "slide to unlock."

This weekend, it was revealed that the domain for JailbreakMe (that is, "http://JailbreakMe.com") was up for sale via GoDaddy, which left many wondering whether @comex' online jailbreak solution was ever going to be released, following the PDF's leak earlier in the week. Now, @comex has acknowledged the sale via Twitter, claiming that he does not own the domain, and that he is not the person "who put it on GoDaddy."
