Despite Developer Center Issues, Apple Releases OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 4

Apple has made the fourth prerelease version of its OS X Mavericks available to registered developers.
Despite ongoing issues with its Developer Center resulting in the postponement of iOS 7 beta 4, Apple has nevertheless been able to release OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 4 through the Mac App Store. Here, developers can download and install the updated operating system using Software Update.
Changes include a new installation screen, built-in LinkedIn posting, and a new Time Machine icon while performing back-ups.
