Mega Jump Goes Mega With New Universal And Retina Graphics Update
July 3, 2013
Mega Jump, the highly rated and highly popular high-jumping game created by Get Set Games, has just received not only its universal update, but also its Retina graphics update.
The two aforementioned updates are actually one and the same. And they're included in the latest update to the game, which has already gone live although it was originally scheduled for release on July 11.
Mega Run's "mega" update is considered by Get Set Games as the game's third anniversary update, even as the game was released in May (not July) of 2010.
Third anniversary update or not, the update is, all the same, notable for adding universal support to Mega Run, with native compatibility for iPad and screen optimization for iPhone 5. It also brings all new Retina graphics plus new hand-painted artwork for Prima.

In addition, the update introduces a new Boosts menu for easily finding new characters and power-ups to unlock. It also improves the coin patterns in all of the stages of the game.
The new mega version of Mega Jump is available now in the App Store for free. The newly updated game is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later.
Mega Jump features the adorable Redford as its main game character. Redford also stars in the auto-running platformer Mega Run, which was released by Get Set Games in May last year. Mega Run, in turn, is the basis for Disney's Monster's, Inc. Run, which was released in December.
