Toca Mini Allows Kids To Show Their Creative Side

October 24, 2013
Toca Boca has just released its latest app sure to make your kids smile. As the name suggests, Toca Mini allows children to create their own special and unique creature. To start, kids tap their Mini to add colors, stripes, sleeves, and hopefully pants. During the creation process, the new being makes fun gestures and sounds. And much like other apps from the developer, there is an enormous amount of customizable parts for the Mini. Along with a lot of colorful backgrounds, kids can select from 60 colors, 78 reversible stamps. All of the eyes, noses, mouths, and eyebrows are even animated. Kids can even take a snapshot of their Mini and share it. A universal app designed for the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad/iPad mini, Toca Mini can be downloaded now in the App Store for $2.99. I’m a big fan of apps from Toca Boca, and they’ve got another hit on their hands with Toca Mini. I’ve been excited to see the app in action since it was first teased last week, and I'm definitely impressed. If I can get my daughter to stop playing Toca Cars, I’m sure she’ll have just as fun with this app. For other app news today, see: Could You Succeed As A Master Builder?
