Cydia tweak: Give the iOS Lock screen a new look with xNotiLockColor

July 14, 2014

Looking to give your iOS Lock screen a colorful makeover? A new jailbreak tweak called xNotiLockColor can help you out.

You can download the new package now on the Cydia Store, and it’s available for $0.99. Once downloaded and installed, the jailbreak tweak can be configured from within a dedicated preferences pane located in the Settings application.

The xNotiLockColor package allows users to adjust the primary, secondary, subtitle, time/slide, and separator colors of the iOS Lock screen from inside this preferences pane, and a selection of preset colors are available for users to choose from.

Colors available are wide-ranging, but it’s unfortunately not possible for iOS device owners to create their own shades using RGB sliders (as in other similar jailbreak tweaks). After making your selection, a quick respring can add your chosen colors to the iOS Lock screen.

If you’re looking to give your iOS Lock screen a new look, xNotiLockColor can be downloaded on the Cydia Store for $0.99.
