Readdle's PDF Converter updated with universal support for iPhone and iPod touch
Readdle has finally updated PDF Converter with support for iPhone and iPod touch, about three and a half years after the app was launched for iPad.
Part of Readdle’s suite of acclaimed productivity apps, PDF Converter lets you convert practically any file on your iOS device — from documents to webpages, from photos to clipboard content — into pro-grade PDFs.
Previously compatible with iPad only, PDF Converter has just been updated with universal support, making it compatible with iPhone and iPod touch as well. “PDF Converter is now available on iPhone too!” Readdle notes. “The app works on both – iPad and iPhone, so you can convert any files into PDFs even easier and faster.”
Accordingly, PDF Converter has also been optimized with full resolution support for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

PDF Converter is normally priced at $6.99. But in celebration of its universal update, it’s currently on sale for $2.99.
The latest update to PDF Converter also makes the app available in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish, in addition to English.
Along with other Readdle apps, PDF Converter was previously updated in September with new iOS 8 features including support for extensions and iCloud Drive integration.
Aside from PDF Converter, Readdle offers a couple of other PDF-focused apps: PDF Expert 5 for reading and annotating PDFs and the recently launched PDF Office for creating and editing PDFs.
