Get Ready For The Summer Blockbuster Season With The Movies By Flixster App

The international release of "Iron Man 3" a couple of days from now signals the start of this year's summer blockbuster season. Said season is also set to bring "Star Trek Into Darkness," "Man of Steel," and a slew of other highly anticipated films. Think you can keep up? Well, with the newly updated Movies by Flixster app, you certainly can.
With the new version of Movies by Flixster, it's now easier to put all of those upcoming summer blockbusters, and any other movies for that matter, to your Want to See list. Just swipe to the left or right on a movie in the Box Office or DVD screen to access the new quick controls, which include a Want to See button. The new quick controls also include buttons for watching the trailer, looking up showtimes, and adding your rating.
Going back to the Want to See list, the app now groups it into three sections: upcoming movies, movies currently in theaters, and all other movies available on DVD or streaming channels.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.1 or later, Movies by Flixster, with Rotten Tomatoes, is available in the App Store for free.
The new version of the app also includes improvements to movie pages on iPad and the ability to sort movies in your Ultraviolet collection.
Movies by Flixster is included in AppAdvice's AppGuides for Movie Showtimes Finders and Netflix Queue Management.
