XCOM: Enemy Unknown for iOS has just been updated with a new major feature.
Released in the App Store last June, XCOM: Enemy Unknown is the iOS edition of the acclaimed console game of the same name. In this tactical role-playing game, you assume the role of the commander of XCOM, a paramilitary organization tasked with counterattacking alien adversaries:

Now, the game's second update introduces a new major feature in the form of asynchronous multiplayer mode support. Consequently, you can now create your own custom squad with troops human and alien alike, and then challenge your Game Center friends with it. Also including iOS 7 optimizations, new multiplayer leaderboards, and general bug fixes, the new version of XCOM: Enemy Unknown is out now in the App Store. Normally priced at $19.99, the game is currently available for $9.99. XCOM: Enemy Unknown is compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, fifth-generation iPod touch, iPad 2, third-generation iPad, fourth-generation iPad, and iPad mini.
