Impressive iPhone 6 Concept Based On Recent News Hits The Web

April 18, 2014

Over the past couple of weeks, a number of reports sharing vital information on Apple’s next-generation iPhone 6 handset have surfaced online. Now, the French language Apple blog Nowhereelse.fr and acclaimed designer Martin Hajek have teamed-up in order to produce an impressive iPhone 6 concept based on the recently published information.

The concept, first published by Nowhereelse.fr, shows off an iPhone 6 handset that’s based on both a series of recently leaked schematics and cases for the next-generation smartphone; as such, Hajek’s design exhibits an iPhone that’s bigger and thinner than Apple’s present-generation four-inch iPhone 5s model.

Despite reports claiming Cupertino is developing a 5.5-inch handset, Hajek’s concept shows how a 4.7-inch smartphone might look; the model is also equipped with a series of colored cases, too.

Take a look:

Apple is also expected to move the handset’s power button with its iPhone 6, and this, too, is reflected in Hajek’s design. Though of course, we’ll know nothing for certain concerning the handset until Apple unveils the new model later this year.

Besides the above, further reports have suggested that the price of Apple’s handset could increase by up to $100 with the iPhone 6. Previous analysis has suggested that Apple will make the move in order to “avoid the (profit) margin erosion that occurred when the iPhone 5 launched.”

While Apple is expected to unveil iOS 8 at WWDC on June 2, we’re not expecting to get our first look at the iPhone 6 until September or October at a dedicated iPhone event. Besides a revamped iPhone line, 2014 is also expected to bring new iPads, a refreshed Apple TV, and Apple’s long rumored “iWatch” product.
