PopCap's Plants Vs. Zombies 2 Goes Medieval With Part 1 Of New Dark Ages World
June 25, 2014
Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time, the free-to-play sequel to the wildly popular lane defense strategy game developed by Electronic Arts' PopCap, is noted for its use of time travel as a gameplay device.
At launch in August last year, the game featured temporal tours to Ancient Egypt, the Pirate Seas, and the Wild West. Then, late last March, it was updated with a new world set in the Far Future. Now, it's to the Dark Ages the plants and zombies go.
PopCap has just released an update to Plants vs. Zombies 2. And this update delivers the first part of the new Dark Ages world, where things go madly medieval between the titular rivals.
