Google Analytics gets official iOS app with access to Real Time reports and more
July 17, 2014
It's been a rather productive month for Google. Following its new app updates and launches this month, Google has just released a new iOS app dedicated to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is the Internet titan's service that generates detailed statistics about website traffic, conversions and sales. Coming as an official mobile app solution (as opposed to a third-party one like Quicklytics and Analytiks), its new iOS app of the same name lets you:
Access all of your Google Analytics web and app data from your mobile device. Monitor recent changes with Real Time reports. Easily get your Analytics data anytime, anywhere.Of course, the new Google Analytics app carries the same look and feel as Google's other apps on iOS. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 6.0 or later, Google Analytics is available now on the App Store for free. This is already the fourth app released by Google on iOS this month, following the release of the YouTube channel management app YouTube Creator Studio, the ad manager AdWords Express, and the global augmented reality game Ingress. Also this month, the company has been busy with its acquisition of Songza and its major updates to Google Search, Google Play Music, Google Maps, Chrome, and Google Wallet.
