Google Analytics app updated with universal support for iPad

October 30, 2014

Google Analytics for iOS has just been updated with universal support.

Google Analytics is, of course, the official iOS client of Google’s Web analytics service, which generates detailed statistics and graphics about website traffic, conversions, and sales.

Released last July for iPhone and iPod touch, Google Analytics has just gone universal with native resolution support and optimization for iPad. As before, the app lets you:

Access all of your Google Analytics web and app data from your mobile device. Monitor recent changes with Real Time reports. Easily get your Analytics data anytime, anywhere.

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, the new universal version of Google Analytics is available now on the App Store for free.

It’s been a rather productive month for Google as far as its offerings for iOS are concerned. This month, the tech giant has issued notable updates to Gmail, YouTube Creator Studio, Chromecast, YouTube, Google Play Music, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Hangouts. It has also released Google News & Weather, Primer, and Inbox.

In addition, Google has announced that for the rest of the year, it’s offering the first minute of Hangouts calls to 25 countries free of charge.
