We were all thrilled when AT&T announced that they will allow iPhone 4 users to take advantage of the upcoming iOS 4.3 Wi-Fi tethering feature (for $20/month). Of course, they had to offer this after Verizon got the feature. Yet, it wouldn't be AT&T if they didn't mess around with it, even just a bit.

Following yesterday's announcement, Apple finally released the pre-final version of iOS 4.3 to developers. The iOS 4.3 GM will allow developers to iron out any last few bugs and prepare their apps before the public launch of the latest version of iOS next Friday, March 11th.
