Backflip Studios releases NinJump Dash featuring real-time multiplayer rooftop races
DragonVale and Spellfall developer Backflip Studios has forged a formidable franchise out of NinJump. The original NinJump, a simple climbing game released in 2010, has led to the release of NinJump Deluxe, the endless runner NinJump Rooftops, the endless smasher NinJump Smash, and now, the newly launched NinJump Dash.
NinJump Dash is essentially a multiplayer racer version of NinJump Rooftops with some Mario Kart-style power-ups thrown in for good measure and mayhem. It has you running across rooftops and collecting power-ups against three other players in real time.
“Lagging behind in last place?” Backflip notes, “Get the best power-ups like the speed run or the rocket launcher. Your opponent’s too close for comfort? Hit ‘em with a punch box and knock ‘em down a peg.”
NinJump Dash also boasts more than 30 costume combinations with which to customize your ninja, including the crazy chicken suit featured in the game's trailer:
