MTV Networks‘ recently released VH1 Co-Star app for the iPad (free) allows users to watch both live and previously aired TV shows, while adding an interesting social twist. A feature called “WatchWith” displays relevant comments from tweets within the app, alongside each show.

RedLaser (free) – the popular barcode scanning app for iOS – has recently been updated. Now, users of the app can generate their own QR codes (for URLs, contacts or text) and share them with friends.

Blurb Mobile (free) is a recently released application for the iPhone and iPod touch, which allows users to create "fun visual stories" on their iOS device.

Fast Five the Movie: Official Game HD is now available to download in the App Store. If you think you're fast enough, download the app and take to the streets in your dream car.
