ReferU is an industry-focused members-only talent referral platform designed primarily to help companies reach out to mid-senior level executives in Hong Kong, Macau and China. It is founded with a core objective of achieving an effective and efficient model by bringing all the best elements in the hiring process. With a founding principle that contributing members should be rewarded, we developed a formula that distributes the reward in an equitable manner.

In our referral network, our members can post their job advertisements to recruit their candidates or ask for referrals. Other exclusive members from the same industry refer “best-fit” candidates to the jobs posted. Upon a referred candidate being successfully hired by the employer, every referral members who contributed to this hiring success will get the reward “Money”.
