Our level of care provides close monitoring, intensive treatment, and rehabilitation to optimize healing and recovery. Whether an individual has chronic or catastrophic care needs, is dependent on a ventilator for life support, or is recovering from extensive surgery, our wide range of inpatient services address each person's unique needs.

Under the direction of the attending physician and coordination by a case manager, our interdisciplinary team develops a dynamic individualized care plan with a progressive set of goals, helping the patient return to the highest quality of independence and function possible.
