Rovio Teases New 'Bewitched' Episode For Acclaimed Puzzle Adventure Game Tiny Thief
March 15, 2014
Rovio is set to update the acclaimed point-and-click puzzle adventure game Tiny Thief with a brand new episode. And to give us an idea, albeit rather vague, of what the upcoming episode is going to be about, the Finnish entertainment company has released a "bewitching" teaser video.
According to Rovio, the new episode is titled "Bewitched." And as shown in its teaser, which you can watch below, it has the titular pint-sized burglar trying to steal an egg in a dark cave, only to be caught in the act by the object's serpentine keeper. Apparently, this new adventure has something to do with witchcraft, as suggested by the appearance of a trio of witches in the teaser's title screen.
The new "Bewitched" episode is "coming soon" to Tiny Thief, through the first content update to the game. It will come in addition to the six epic episodes that the game already offers for you to quest through.

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Tiny Thief is available in the App Store for $2.99.
Last December, it went free for a limited time as one of the featured offers in Apple's 12 Days of Gifts promo.
Tiny Thief was hailed as AppAdvice's Game of the Week shortly after its release last July. For more information on the game, check out our original review.
Developed by Barcelona-based 5 Ants, Tiny Thief is published by Rovio under its Rovio Stars publishing banner for third-party developers.
Last week, Rovio teased a new "epic" Angry Birds game. As it turns out, the game is a turn-based RPG called Angry Birds Epic, set to soft-launch this week in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
