The AppAdvice week in review: The 'iPad Air Plus' makes its unofficial debut
Did you eat and shop enough on Thanksgiving? Did you survive Black Friday? Here are a few of the stories you might have missed during the week that was.
The “iPad Air Plus” leaks
Apple has long been rumored to be working on a 12.9-inch tablet dubbed the “iPad Pro.” This week, schematics leaked that suggest the actual product could measure 12.2-inches and may actually be called the “iPad Air Plus.”
This larger tablet is said to be equipped with an “A9″ processor and dual top and bottom stereo speakers. Both it and the so-called “iPad mini 4″ could be launched during the second quarter of 2015.
Cupertino offers more information on the Apple Watch
Apple updated its microsite for the Apple Watch with new information about the upcoming wearable device’s marquee features.
In addition to its existing Design and Technology sections, the Apple Watch microsite has been expanded with new sections for Timekeeping, New Ways to Connect, and Health & Fitness.
Official pricing for the product is also yet to be publicized by Apple on the microsite. The Apple Watch is confirmed to be offered starting at $349 for its basic version, with its price rumored to reach up to $5,000 for the Apple Watch Edition, which features an 18-karat yellow or rose gold case.
