The first jailbreak speaker of the day, Aaron Ash (@AaronAsh), is now on stage. He’s the author of Multifl0w and Barrel, two very popular jailbreak tweaks: The former allows users to easily multitask between open applications (this was before iOS 4, when Apple debuted its own version of multitasking); Barrel is an icon-effect tweak.

One of the downsides to Safari for iOS is that the built-in, Apple-developed application doesn't allow users to upload content from an iPhone to a website. Fortunately, a new jailbreak tweak called "Safari Upload Enabler" allows users to upload content from within Safari itself. The tweak can be downloaded in Cydia for $1.99.
Here's a free jailbreak tweak that might actually convince you to jailbreak an iPhone handset. It's called WiFiSMS, and once installed, this free package allows users to send SMS messages and interact with their SMS database from a desktop computer. Isn't this the kind of thing you've been dreaming of for years?

If you haven't heard of WhatsApp Messenger, this handy iPhone app allows users to message other smart phone owners for free. It's a great application, and one I've been using for a while. Indeed, the only limitation is that there's no WhatsApp iPad app, which is a shame. Fortunately, one jailbreak developer has managed to port the iPhone app over, and will be releasing WhatsPad (the iPad version of WhatsApp) in the Cydia Store soon.
The online jailbreak solution JailbreakMe has the ability to “liberate” a variety of iOS devices, including the iPad 2. But in the process, the Web-based jailbreak also screws a few things up, namely Apple’s Camera Connection Kit.
