Later today, Apple CEO Tim Cook and his team of execs could announce a brand-new iPod touch model, which, according to a recent report, will feature built-in GPS capabilities, a high-definition FaceTime camera, and (presumably, in mirroring the iPhone 5) a 4-inch display.
