Complete Wrap-Up Of GDC 2017 With Best Of Show
The gaming extravaganza of GDC 2017 is complete, and now it’s time to take a look at all of the upcoming iOS games, including the best of show.
After meeting with 60 developers over the course of three days, we found a lot of upcoming games. It was a great year at GDC, and that sets the stage for new releases throughout 2017. The best of show is a game that takes the core components of Hitman Go and Monument Valley, and applies it to the surface of a Rubik’s Cube. The runners-up include a beautiful narrative and an extension of a life-like puzzle challenge. The remaining games are almost as interesting, but those were the three ultimate stand outs of GDC 2017.
